1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to Walletypes’ website, mobile apps, Telegram bot and authorized integrations. The contracting operator is [full legal company name], registered in [US state and country], at [business/contact address]. Complete these details before publication. Contact: support@walletypes.com.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Agree to the terms presented at registration or checkout before using the service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling; it does not waive privacy rights.
2. What the service provides
Walletypes organizes information you supply or authorize us to import. It is not a bank, payment wallet, investment adviser, accountant, lawyer or healthcare provider. It does not hold or transfer your funds. Bank connections are for reading supported information. Recurring-payment records and reminders do not pay bills, cancel third-party subscriptions or guarantee compliance with deadlines.
AI extraction, search, classifications, duplicate detection, exchange rates, budgets, document summaries and reminders can be incomplete, inaccurate or delayed. Verify important amounts, dates, source documents and outputs before financial, tax, medical or legal decisions. Keep originals and independent backups; exported CSV files do not include every uploaded file.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in provider, devices and API keys secure, and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for authorized activity and for reasonable steps to protect your credentials; this does not make you automatically liable for activity caused by our security failure.
Do not access other people’s accounts, bypass controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, distribute malware, upload unlawful content, commit fraud or use the service to infringe others’ rights. Automated access must use authorized interfaces and respect published limits.
4. Your content and integrations
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process and transmit it only as needed to deliver, secure and support the service and comply with law, including processing by the providers described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a license to sell your documents or use them in advertising.
Upload and connect only information you have authority to provide. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data, passwords and payment-card security codes. Document storage is not a substitute for originals or a regulated medical-record system. Optional bank connections, Telegram, payment automations and API/MCP integrations use third-party services and permissions. Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but may not delete earlier imports or provider records. Third-party services have their own terms; their involvement does not eliminate our legal duties.
5. Trials, plans and limits
Available plans, features, limits and trial duration are shown on Pricing and at signup/checkout. Basic and Pro may have different entitlements. A trial does not require payment-card details and does not become a paid subscription unless you expressly subscribe. Without an eligible paid plan after the trial, your account may become read-only while viewing and transaction export remain available under the stated plan rules.
Usage limits and feature availability may vary by plan, device, region and provider. A change to a trial offer applies to future signups; we will honor the duration offered when you joined.
6. Billing and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions are charged in advance through Stripe for the monthly or annual period selected. Checkout displays the amount, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes and recurring nature before authorization. By subscribing you expressly authorize the disclosed recurring charges until cancellation. We provide billing confirmation and any reminders required by law.
A failed payment may cause paid access to be restricted after appropriate notice and an opportunity to update payment details, except where immediate action is necessary for fraud or security. Your bank may impose currency-conversion or other charges outside our control. We do not add undisclosed mandatory fees.
7. Price, plan and feature changes
We may change prices for new purchases and future renewals, including because of operating costs, provider charges, taxes, currency changes or changes in offered functionality. A price increase will not change the price of a period already paid for.
For an existing subscription, we will notify you directly at least 30 days before a renewal price increase, stating the new price, effective renewal date and how to cancel, and provide any different or additional notice or consent required by law. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the increase. If required consent is not obtained, we will not charge the increased amount; we may let the subscription end instead.
We may add or alter features. For a material reduction of paid functionality, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to cancel with an appropriate refund for unused prepaid service where required by law or where we discontinue that service. Urgent security or legal changes may take effect immediately with notice as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Your cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewals through the billing portal in the web app’s Settings/Plans or Pricing area. If you cannot access it, email support@walletypes.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily leaves paid access active through the paid period. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to avoid the next scheduled charge.
Uninstalling the mobile app or disconnecting Telegram does not cancel billing. Before closing your account, cancel renewal and export/download what you need; contact us if you need help with cancellation or deletion.
Except for the rights and remedies described here or required by law, payments for a period already started are non-refundable and we do not provide a partial refund merely because you use the service less. This does not exclude withdrawal/cooling-off rights, refunds for defective or undelivered service, unauthorized charges or other mandatory rights. Report a billing error promptly so we can investigate; that request does not shorten statutory deadlines or restrict lawful disputes.
9. Suspension, our cancellation and closure
We may restrict access or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful use, security threats, nonpayment or a binding legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to fix the issue or appeal by contacting support. Immediate action is permitted where necessary to protect people, data or the service or comply with law.
We may stop offering a subscription, decline future renewals or discontinue the service for business reasons. We will ordinarily provide at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to export records and download files. If we end paid service early for business reasons, we will stop renewal and refund the unused prepaid portion. Refunds following a breach or other suspension will be assessed under applicable law; there is no automatic forfeiture of statutory rights.
Account closure and privacy erasure follow the Privacy Policy, including the recovery period and lawful retention. Suspension is not permission to retain all content indefinitely. Export or access may be limited where prohibited by law or necessary to protect security.
10. Availability and limited warranties
We take reasonable care in providing the service and protecting information. Maintenance, outages, internet failures, attacks, provider interruptions or other events can affect access and cause delay or loss. We do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect AI accuracy or suitability for every particular purpose.
To the extent legally permitted, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are disclaimed. These disclaimers do not remove express commitments in these terms or warranties and service standards that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limits of liability and protected rights
To the extent applicable law permits, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, resulting from use of the service. Subject to the exceptions below, our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, our failure to use reasonable care to protect your personal information, or any liability, statutory compensation or consumer/privacy remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not limit our obligation to provide a refund expressly promised in these terms.
A security incident does not automatically establish either that we are liable or that we are excused. Responsibility depends on the facts, our duties and applicable law. Nothing requires you to waive non-waivable rights or prevents a complaint to a regulator.
12. Disputes and general provisions
Contact support@walletypes.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Doing so is voluntary and does not delay statutory deadlines or prevent proceedings or regulator complaints. Applicable law determines governing law and competent courts; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a foreign exclusive court.
These terms and the agreed plan disclosures govern use of the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. We may transfer this agreement with a business transfer if your protected rights and prepaid commitments are preserved. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
13. Changes to the terms
We will publish revisions with a revision date. Material changes will be notified directly or in the app at least 30 days before taking effect, except urgent legal or security changes, which will be explained as soon as reasonably possible. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce accrued rights or change a paid period’s price.
If you disagree, you may cancel future renewals and stop using the service. We will obtain renewed agreement where required; continued use does not replace legally required consent. Price changes follow Section 7.
